Lack of confidence and self-esteem are big issues in today’s society.

With the medias emphasis on success and expectations is it any wonder that many of us struggle to keep up with the daily demands of our society.

Confidence: The belief that one can have faith in or rely on someone or something; a positive feeling arising from an appreciation of one’s own abilities; self-assurance.

Self-Esteem: Confidence in one’s own worth and abilities.

Confidence fundamentally comes down to a belief in one’s own self as well as one’s own abilities.

Often these beliefs are rooted in our upbringing and become a habit (learned behaviour)

The good news is, if a habit is a learned behaviour it can just as easily be un-learned.

Negative life experiences can have detrimental effects on our overall confidence, therefore we must be able to address the root causes of our lack in confidence or self-esteem and hypnosis is a highly effective tool for doing just this.
